To create the leather used for the production of Baiadera bags, 7 processing phases are necessary. From the selection of the leathers, to the painting, to the drying, to the retouching, to the fixing of the colors and to the final waxing of the leathers.

The leathers used are in top quality vegetable-tanned calf crust and the natural colors allow for shades and hues that cannot otherwise be achieved with printing or screen-printing processes. The innovation of the leather processing process has allowed the Baiadera brand to be recognized as 100% Italian artisan quality certified according to the requirements of the IT01 system.
