Pelletterie Claudia, established in 1971 and located in Florence, is perfectly inserted in the Tuscan cultural leather tradition of handbag creation and manufacturing. All our handbags are handmade by master craftsmen in Florence, honouring the quality and integrity of made in Italy. Our mission it is to create every day contemporary and distinctive bags that reflect the Italian taste and fashion. Over the last decades our business has grown incredibly; we are and remain artisans, open to understand and face the new challenges of a world quickly changing, but still deeply connected with our family roots and with the tradition of the “well made”; committed every day to respecting and valuing our people and the magnificent territory surrounding us.  

INSPIRATION
Our collections are continuously updated and every season a wide choice of design and models is offered. The selection of material is always the result of an accurate research and only the best Italian skins are chosen to give life to the shapes and colors of each season. Our well-equipped design department is at the full disposal of top clients to customize our bags for their brands (private label /OEM) or/and to create and develop bespoke styles and entire ranges on the basis of sketches, pictures or simple suggestions (ODM).

OUR ETHOS
As an Italian manufacturer we guarantee a sustainable commitment. We use only Italian skins, the result of one of the oldest forms of recycling a material that would otherwise be disposed of as a waste, into a higher added value product. Our factory is powered by solar panels that allow us to reach the goal of zero emission in the air and zero pollution, in full respect of our environment. We are compliant with all ethical and social regulations and we are proud to have obtained the SMETA II pillars certification.
